These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between users of the bke3 platform (website, mobile app, and all related services) and bke3. This document has been drafted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and international online gaming regulations.

Bke3 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via their registered email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• These terms apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail.
• Bke3 services are available only in areas where online betting is not prohibited by law.
• This platform is strictly prohibited for minors (anyone under 18 years of age).
• Bke3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without providing a reason.

To register on bke3, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Registering with false details or using someone else's information will result in immediate account termination, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Registration Requirements:

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• The phone number or email provided at registration must be verified.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure.
• Your account must not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to bke3 immediately.
• Any information or documents requested as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process must be provided.

Bke3 supports popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Important Payment Rules:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed while active bets are pending against your balance.
• Bke3 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for additional verification if required.
• Transactions suspected of money laundering or fraud may be suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

Bke3 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each member may claim any bonus only once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bets placed with bonus balance typically require minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.
• Bonus codes may have a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the deadline passes.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bke3 reserves the right to investigate the account.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Please make sure you understand the following rules before placing a bet on bke3. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply — subsequent changes will not affect confirmed bets.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed before it begins, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In Live Betting, if a bet cannot be completed due to a disconnection or technical issue, the bet will be considered void.
• Bke3 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds (Palpable Error).
• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that leg will be removed and the remaining bet will stand.

Cash Out Policy:

Cash Out is available on selected betting markets. Accepting a Cash Out offer settles the bet at that value. The Cash Out value fluctuates based on market conditions and may not always be available.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Registering or transacting using another person's identity or personal information.
• Exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Processing third-party funds through your account or engaging in money laundering activities.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward bke3 staff.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting customer support or submitting a request through account settings.

Voluntary Closure:

• All active bets must be settled before an account can be closed.
• Any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method.
• To reopen a closed account, please contact our support team.

Closure by bke3:

• If a breach of rules is found, your account may be closed without prior notice.
• To request the reason for closure, a written application must be submitted.
• In cases of rule violations, your balance may not be refunded.

Bke3 is strongly committed to responsible gaming. We want every member to enjoy gaming in a healthy and controlled manner — betting should never be a source of financial or mental distress.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum bet limit for any given time period.
• Self-Exclusion: You can self-exclude for 7 days, 1 month, or permanently.
• Cooling-Off: You can temporarily suspend your account for a specified period.
